These prices assume an average-detail character and include a basic backdrop.

Basic Backdrop

Solid color, gradient, transparent background, or a simple texture/pattern.

This keeps the focus on the character rather than a fully illustrated environment.

Additional Characters

Additional characters are charged at +75% of the base character price per additional character.

Character-based add-ons are assessed per character. Scene fees are applied once per artwork.

Example: a second full-body character adds 75% of the full-body base price before other add-ons.

Standard +0%

Average-detail design. Typical clothing, manageable accessories, and no unusual render burden.

Additional Complexity +15%

Fantasy gear, layered clothing, one or two accessories, and moderate pattern or detail load.

High Complexity +30%

Detailed armor, layered outfits, multiple accessories, heavy pattern work, or other large time sinks.

Extreme Complexity +50%+

Very intricate character design, dense accessory layering, or unusually demanding rendering. Final percentage may be quoted case by case.

Single prop, small effect, simple glow, or another contained extra element.

Large weapon, heavier magical effect, dense particles, or a more complex standalone prop.

If the environment supports the character, choose a simple scene.

If the environment is part of the illustration's main appeal, choose a complex scene.

Minimal environment support with low detail. The character remains the clear focus.

Illustration-level environment with stronger integration, heavier detail, or more demanding perspective and lighting.

Copyright transfer or full buyout is handled case by case and quoted separately in writing.

Privacy / Posting Permission

Finished work is kept private by default unless posting permission is clearly granted.

If you allow portfolio or social posting, a 10% discount is applied as a thank-you.

Copyright remains with the artist unless separately transferred in writing.

Stream Assets / Live2D Usage & Licensing Notes

  • Stream assets and Live2D commissions include standard creator/platform use by default unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • Merchandise use, resale rights, broad business licensing, or buyout/copyright transfer are not included in base pricing and must be discussed separately in writing.
  • If a request goes beyond normal creator/platform use, an added licensing fee may apply.

How do I place a commission?

1. Build an estimate if needed.

2. Submit the request form with references and important notes.

3. Quote confirmation happens before payment.

What happens after ordering?

Accepted requests move into quote confirmation, invoice or deposit setup, tracked progress, revisions, and final delivery.

What is included?

A fully rendered character illustration with the selected base framing and a basic backdrop.

More illustrated environments are priced through Scene / Environment add-ons.

Payment methods

Platform checkout and invoices are both valid payment paths.

Orders under $200 are paid upfront.

Orders above $200 are split 50/50: half upfront and half after sketch approval or before final delivery.

Revision policy

Up to 2 revision rounds are included during sketch stage.

Up to 5 minor tweaks are included after coloring begins.

After free revisions: major changes are +$20 and minor changes are +$8.

No free revisions are included after final approval.

Copyright

Personal use is the default. Copyright remains with the artist unless separately transferred in writing.

How do you decide between complexity and props/effects?

Complexity is used when the overall character design is more demanding.

Props / Effects are used when the design is otherwise standard but includes one or two notable extras.

I do not charge both for the same source of detail.

Are scene fees charged per character?

No. Scene / Environment fees are applied once per artwork, while Character Complexity is assessed per affected character.

Do you accept custom requests?

Yes. If your project falls outside the standard illustration structure, submit it through the request form and it can be quoted separately.

Can I keep my commission private?

Yes. Finished work is kept private by default unless permission to post is clearly granted.

Do you allow AI training, NFTs, or source-file resale?

No NFT minting, AI training, or source-file resale is allowed without written consent.

ToS Summary

Personal Use is the default unless a commercial license is agreed on separately. Orders under $200 are paid upfront, and orders above $200 are split 50/50.

Revisions and refunds depend on the project stage, commissions stay private by default unless posting permission is granted, and NSFW requires 18+ confirmation. NFT minting, AI training, and source-file resale are not allowed without written permission.

Stream Assets and Live2D include standard creator/platform use by default unless otherwise stated in writing; resale/redistribution and merchandise are not included.
