Commission Desk

Terms of Service

These terms are here to keep the commission process clear and comfortable for both of us. Please read through them before submitting a request.

By placing a commission, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

Agreement

Agreement

By submitting a request and sending payment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.

These terms work alongside the pricing page, estimate calculator, and request form so the process stays consistent from quote to delivery.

General

General / Right to Decline

I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason. This includes requests that fall outside my scope, requests I am not comfortable with, or requests that are not a good fit for my current schedule.

While I mainly work with humanoid characters and nature-focused themes, I am open to some subjects outside my usual comfort zone. Subjects such as urban settings, beasts, armor, guns, and other modern weapons may take more time and may affect the final quote.

Commission Scope

Commission Scope

A quote covers only the scope agreed on before payment. If the request changes significantly after work has started, I may need to re-quote the commission or charge for additional work.

If a request grows into a much more demanding illustration than originally discussed, I may quote it at illustration-level pricing instead of treating it as a simple add-on.

Stream Assets / Live2D Scope

Stream Assets / Live2D Scope

Stream asset and Live2D commissions are quoted based on the specific scope agreed on before payment.

For stream assets, this includes the number of emotes or badges, whether they are static or animated, and any agreed add-ons such as extra characters, heavier effects, or more involved badge progression.

For Live2D, this includes the agreed model type, art-only / rig-only / bundle selection, included expressions, and any approved add-ons such as alternate hairstyles, outfits, or toggles.

If the project becomes significantly more complex after work begins, I may need to re-quote the request or charge for added work.

Payment Terms

Payment Terms

Payment is accepted through platform checkout and/or invoices through PayPal.

  • Orders under $200 are paid in full upfront.
  • Orders over $200 are split into 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval / before final delivery.

Work begins once the required payment has been received. Final high-resolution files are delivered after payment has fully cleared.

A commission slot is not held in the queue until the required payment has been received.

Workflow

Workflow

This is the general workflow for commissions. Service-specific workflows (Illustration vs Stream Assets vs Live2D, including art-only / rig-only / bundle) are listed on the Prices page under the matching pricing lane and Process section.

1 Request submission
2 Quote confirmation
3 Invoice / Deposit
4 Sketch approval + revisions
5 Rendering
6 Final delivery

All commission communication should stay in one thread whenever possible so details do not get lost.

Revisions

Revisions

  • Up to 2 revision rounds during the sketch stage
  • Up to 5 minor tweaks after coloring begins
  • Major revisions after the included rounds: +$20 each
  • Minor revisions after the included rounds: +$8 each

Major pose changes, composition changes, or large design changes requested after approval may require an added fee or a full re-quote.

Once final approval has been given, no free revisions are included.

Stream Asset / Live2D Revision Notes

Stream Asset / Live2D Revision Notes

For emotes and badges, the included revision policy still applies, but major concept changes after approval may require an added fee or a full redraw charge.

For Live2D work, changes requested after model cutting, separation, or rigging has begun may require an added fee or a full re-quote depending on how much work must be redone.

Examples of larger revision changes include:

  • redesigning expressions after approval
  • changing hairstyle or outfit structure after cutting begins
  • swapping major accessories
  • requesting new toggles, alternates, or added rig complexity after work has already started

Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Refunds are handled based on the stage of the commission.

  • Before sketch begins: refund minus non-refundable platform or processing fees, if any.
  • After sketch begins: 50% of the total payment is non-refundable.
  • After rendering begins: the refund is determined by completed work, and at least 70% of the total price will be retained.
  • After final delivery: no refunds.

If I must cancel for any reason, you will receive a full refund for any work not completed.

If there is a payment problem, please contact me first so I have a chance to resolve it. Initiating a chargeback without contacting me first may result in being declined for future commissions.

Usage Rights

Usage Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all commissions are for Personal Use only.

Personal Use includes:

  • posting the finished piece with credit
  • using it as a personal icon or banner
  • personal printing for non-commercial purposes

You may not:

  • resell the artwork
  • mint it as an NFT
  • use it to train AI
  • redistribute source files
  • use it commercially without an agreed license

Copyright remains with me unless rights are separately transferred in writing.

Stream Assets / Live2D Usage

Stream Assets / Live2D Usage

Unless otherwise stated in writing, stream assets and Live2D commissions include standard creator/platform use by default.

This means the commissioner may use the finished files on their own streaming, creator, community, and profile platforms, including monetized personal channels and related platform pages.

This does not include:

  • resale or redistribution of the files
  • sublicensing the assets to other people
  • use in asset packs, premades, or templates for resale
  • merchandise or physical goods for sale unless separately agreed
  • source-file resale or public source-file distribution
  • AI training or NFT use

Copyright remains with me unless rights are separately transferred in writing.

Commercial Licensing

Commercial Licensing

Commercial use is not included in the base commission price.

If you want to use the artwork for monetized or business-related purposes, the appropriate commercial license must be discussed and agreed on before final delivery.

  • Creator Commercial License
  • Merchandise License
  • Full Buyout / Copyright Transfer

Commercial usage requires written permission and pricing agreement.

Stream Assets / Live2D Licensing Notes

Stream Assets / Live2D Licensing Notes

Standard creator/platform use for commissioned stream assets and Live2D models is included unless otherwise stated.

Merchandise use, resale rights, broad business licensing, or buyout / copyright transfer are not included in the base price and must be discussed separately in writing.

If a request goes beyond normal creator/platform use, an added licensing fee may apply.

Privacy / Posting Permission

Privacy / Posting Permission

By default, commissions are kept private unless posting permission is clearly granted.

If you allow me to post the finished commission in my portfolio, social media, or personal sites, the agreed posting-permission discount may be applied.

  • you may request that the piece not be uploaded
  • you may request that your name or handle not be shared publicly

NSFW Policy

NSFW Policy

NSFW commissions require 18+ confirmation.

I do not accept real-person NSFW unless there is clear public permission or indication that such fanart is allowed.

NSFW work is handled offsite if needed, and any NSFW listing or preview remains separate from the main SFW site experience.

NSFW Stream Assets / Live2D

NSFW Stream Assets / Live2D

NSFW stream assets and NSFW Live2D requests may be accepted case by case.

18+ confirmation is required for all NSFW requests.

I do not accept real-person NSFW unless there is clear public permission or indication that such fanart is allowed.

NSFW pricing may be handled as a surcharge, a quoted add-on, or a separate custom quote depending on the request.

For Live2D, NSFW variants may require additional art preparation, alternate parts, extra cutting, extra expressions, or additional rigging work. These requests are not treated as simple free swaps by default.

If both SFW and NSFW versions are requested, the NSFW version may be priced as an alternate version, add-on set, or expanded model scope depending on what changes are needed.

I may decline specific NSFW subjects, features, or kinks even if I accept NSFW work in general.

Delivery

Delivery

Final files are delivered after full payment is complete.

Primary high-resolution delivery may be handled through an external file link when needed, and the client portal may also keep invoice and progress records for convenience.

Preview files shown in the portal are for convenience and may be lower resolution than the final delivery files.

Stream Asset / Live2D Delivery Notes

Stream Asset / Live2D Delivery Notes

Emotes and badges are delivered in the agreed standard platform-ready sizes unless otherwise stated.

Live2D model art is delivered as the agreed layered file package prepared for rigging, along with preview exports where applicable.

Rigged Live2D files are delivered in the agreed usable package for the commissioned scope. Source files, working files, and setup files are not automatically included unless they were part of the agreed quote.

Communication / Conduct

Communication / Conduct

Please provide clear references, important requirements, and anything you specifically want included or avoided.

Keeping all key details in the request form and follow-up thread helps avoid delays and misunderstandings.

Abusive, manipulative, or inappropriate behavior may result in cancellation of the commission.
