Commission Rules

These terms keep expectations clear for both sides. You can tighten wording later as needed.

• Payments are split: 50% upfront and 50% when final is approved.
• Commission stages are Draft, Lining, Coloring, and Completed.
• Small revisions are included at sketch and line stage.
• Major pose or composition changes after approval can require extra cost.
• Commercial usage requires written permission and pricing agreement.
• No NFT minting, AI training, or resale of source files without explicit written consent.
• Final high-resolution files are delivered after full payment clears.

Delivery and Archive

• Primary hi-res delivery can be external (example: OneDrive link).
• The portal keeps invoice and progress records so clients can find old information later.
• Preview files on the portal are intended for convenience and may be lower resolution.
